Verem Platform, operated by the entity responsible for the VEREM digital entertainment ecosystem, values the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting the personal data collected across its services, including Void (the unified authentication center) and every project and game associated with the platform.

Despite the measures adopted, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify the affected users and the competent authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be terminated after prior notice. After an account is closed, the data will be deleted or anonymized, except where a legal retention obligation applies.

Verem Platform operates globally and your data may be processed in countries other than your own. 11. Minors

Verem Platform services are intended for users aged 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we identify such collection, we will delete the information immediately. Users between 13 and 17 years old must have the consent of their legal guardians.

This Policy may be updated periodically. We will notify users of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the services after notification implies acceptance of the changes.
